Who knew that it could
hurt so much
to love you so
I'm pouring out

like i never have

sometimes though
the things you say....
are like a knife
plunged into my heart

you've had problems before
girls aren't always so sweet
and hurt you before

but i am not those girls
who have cheated
and lied so long ago

i realize
we've had a couple problems
that's how relationships go
