To those in need

Our hearts are not like diamonds,
They shine even without light,
Look to your heart for guidance,
You shall find it's right,
And oh so deep within your soul,
You'll gain the strength to reach your goals,
Even if you've fallen to the floor,
Your heart will raise you, you can soar.

And it's in the pit of despair,
You see the light of hope,
It's when all your dreams seem lost,
You gain the faith to cope.

It's not hard to believe in miracles,
They come around with each new day,
From the opening of a flower,
To the sun that lights your way,
When you can see these miracles are true,
You shall see there's miracles in you.

Oh though you may feel so small,
You shall stand ten feet tall,
When all your dreams shatter and break,
One bright thought and that's all it takes.

Have faith in yourself for I know,
That you shall change the world,
When you look at a simple stone,
To see a glistening pearl,
Nobody can say you're not enough,
When you have faith and love.

Yes, trust in your future,
That it may be the best,
Believe that you shall put,
All problems to rest,
