Teddy

I hug it close to me
Its soft and furry
I fall to sleep holding it
My dreams are fuzzy and blurry

We are walking together
In the park
Playing hide and seek
It becomes dark

I am seeking
Looking for it
I become scared
I can't find it

I call out
'Teddy where are you?'
I get no reply
I feel so blue

I wake feeling scared
But immediately feel ok
Teddy is there
Now its time to play
