When that moment comes

As the background fades,
I'll remember you once upon a time.
As I bid you farewell I'll say,
Goodnight my Angel,
tomorrow will be light.

you'll live for so long,
with a false sense of security in me
until you see;
Day is black as night
and shadow catches all light

on a day where
You'll lay your head to rest,
forever you will dream
of falling through the forgotten

sooner or later you will out run our Demons
only to see me fallen amongst them.
when that moment comes,
it will be your turn to say,
goodnight my angel, tomorrow will be light.
I know when i hear those words,
from your mouth
they will finally have a grain of truth.
