Crushed Between the Cars.

by Not Bulletproof   May 24, 2008

If I could have one last wish.
it would be to re-do that last kiss;
a final good-bye serenade,
and if only your lips would stay...

In this new world of loneliness,
it's all of you that I miss.
Confined to isolation every day -
no one else could make this okay.

Without a chance to say farewell,
I've been brought into this hell.
If only, if only, you could be here.
I need you still; need you near.

My heart is gone, it had to die,
in that car, with you inside.
Without you, there is only fear,
life is hell, without you dear.
