A lesson

I was told at school
that your stomacher is full
i burst out crying
why out of all?

he wandered his way upon you
that chilly winter night
he didn't kill you
but you aren't all right

or you two were in love
you did as much as you could take
and now you are paying
paying for your mistake

whatever happened i cant be sure
because you moved suddenly
right now all i wish is that
you would pick up the phone and call me

there's so many stories
and your not here to stop them
we all know you are pregnant
with twins, not just one

how it happened , no one knows
but because of your clarification
you were two months pregnant
with lots of hesitation

one person that knew didn't push the subject
you just picked up and left this dump
only one person knows it for sure
the rest knew from the bump

so you leave without a word
you told your sister and that person
now all i hear is rumors
i;m trying to keep from cursing

why couldn't you trust me?
why didn't you say goodbye?
why didn't you clarify?
or call just to say hi?

he's 21
and your only a teen
why did it happen?
your only 13

where are you now?
what went down?
where do you live?
in what state and town?

a mother of two
going through with the pregnancy
i know from a letter
but it wasn't to me

if she could give these twins life
at such a young age
then why cant you?
abortions makes me rage!

your killing a child
your killing a life
if 13 years old could
then go through the strife

i pray for you and wish you the best
i miss you and hope you are fine
your strength has taught me a lesson
that will stay with me through time

~ yes a true story..we don't know how it happened but one of my friends is having a 21 year old twins... she is so brave! if she can do it without getting an abortion then so should the rest of you! and girlie of you are out there good luck and i love you! i am not trying to slam anybody but abortion isn't fair!
