Your fool

I remember when you left me to cry
the tears of a tormented soul.
I was so sad when you left.My fear
had come true.The sad part is
i wish you had left sooner.Its too
bad i couldn't realize i was better
than you.

I thought i was alone i wondered
why you left,You said the love
we once had was gone.Now the
only thing that has grown is the hatred
i have for you.You left me broken
and scared the worst part was
i thought you really cared.

Now its so clear why your gone
you entrapped my soul in a cycle
of self hatred.So now i wounder
if that was your goal.I don't know
how or if ill ever love anyone the
way i did you.I remember how i
was your fool.You were the joker
and each day i would grow weaker
but now I'm free and you and i just
cant be.

I wish to forget the times we had that
i now regret.But looking back i will
never forget.I will not forgive you
for the way you made me live.I was your
fool,yet now i will not be afraid to live with
out you.
