My Stage

You had me fooled thinking that I was the one for you
But while time slipped by I simply knew
It was all just a game of give and take
You seeing how much time it would take for my emotional being to break
But only if you would have known that i was the phenomenal women that my family always told me to be
And that it would take more than that to make me retreat
Now it's time to let you know that the world is my stage
