When I went to sleep, All was light, Then I woke up, It was night. Everyone is gone, They all left me, I'm alone and forgotten, But now I can't see. In the darkness, I see a grim smile, Barely white, pearly fangs, Making your scream worthwhile. Here I sit in the dark, A shadowed filled room, Light can leak inside, But it leaves all too soon. The darkness veils over my face, Blinding from everything in sight, Because when I woke up, It was night.
