I couldn't think what to write
that would tell you how i feel
about the times that we used to fight
and how much i love you it doesn't seem real

i wanted to write that you were my world
you made my life have meaning
so i wasn't just a girl
through the happiness you bring

i thought of moments i could write about
when we shared secrets
when we would fall out
everything we've been through i still have no regrets

to a friend the very best ever
the one i will always love
we were brought together
by the big man above

he looked at you then at me
he seen the perfect match
in every way he seen
we were perfect every bruise and every scratch

so i guess i don't need to find the perfect words
to show my love for you
cause there's no other in this world
i would write this too
