Hate,rage,self made poison, forgiveness?

I drink this poison
Down, it pours into my lungs
Oh so bitter sweet
filling me with rage
Need to hurt the man who hurt me
Yet I'm the one lying on the ground bleeding
Drink this poison
More and more
Down into my lungs it pours
Rage
Revenge
Pain
Hurt
Drink this poison more and more
Want to hurt another
But in your rage
Only you are damaged
Only unto you is pain brought
So let the anger fade
Let go of the hurt
Drink no more poison
Let go of all reason
For revenge
Let karma do it's job

And let forgiveness cloth you in pure happiness
