I know after you get your heart broken
its really hard to let anyone
else in after that..
Because your afraid, your vulnerable,
and deep down you'd rather be alone
than to relive that experience again..
and it doesn't even matter how long ago it was or the fact that your ready to move on.
Your heart still aches in places
and your still scared..
But if we don't take chances..
if we don't take that jump..
if we don't put ourselves out there..
We'll be unhappy
I think its better to take the jump, the risk, the possibly of getting hurt to find something
really great..
and i really wish i would have taken
my advice sooner..
Because I was afraid..
I didn't want to get hurt again.
So I pushed the one guy
I actually really liked away..
And now I've blown it..
All because I was afraid to take
that jump...and now its to late.
