Goodbye is not the end of all
Things will end but memories last
There are times when all that is left
For you to hold is just the past

Goodbye is not the end of all
For friendship stands when all else fall
Cherish it, else it departs
Never let our friendship go

Goodbye is not the end of all
It only means that we should part
You go your way and I go mine
But you are always in my heart

    "Goodbye is not the end of all"

    I like how you started with that ^ at the beginning of every stanza. The title grabbed my attention and the poem was very true. I can tell you wrote this poem straight from your heart and you wrote this wonderfully. I really enjoyed this poem, nice job!
