In the middle of the night,
when darkness falls,
I'm walking on a road,
that i think leads to you,
the cold dry wind, is blowing fiercely on my face,
making my vision blur,
there is no moon in the sky,
the stars have disappeared to,
its going to be a long journey,
and i am not even sure if it would lead me to you,
time is passing by, leaving its marks on my wrists,
even the blood has stopped flowing now,
i can see a light towards the end,
and i have begun to walk faster,
engulfed in numbness,
i am feeling at peace,
i close my eyes and let myself fall,
knowing you are going to catch me now.
