Tonight i said goodbye,
Gone from my life without a sigh,
It feels so good to be rid of him,
Now our friendship wont be so grim.
When I'm back you'll see what i wrote,
Now shall i go and get my coat?
Then when we talk i hope we can move on,
Will carry on writing and recording wicked songs.
Now that everything said and done,
I know life's not all jokes and fun!
Hopefully now will move on,
Like the days when the sun shone.
