For i knew Kody
He was always so sweet, loving, & kind
& Kody was always
A friend of mine

Kody was known
But not to everyone
To some he was a friend, A Lover And even a great son

But For those who didn't know him
I feel so very sad
But what everyone else is doing
Is making me incredible mad

Now that he is gone
Everyone is acting as if they care
But the truth of the matter is
They never were really there

They don't feel
All of the sorry and pain
That me and his other friends do
But how they are acting is driving me Insane

They say for them it was the worst
& They say they knew from the start
But the fact of the matter is they Weren't even in his heart

Everyone who didn't know him
Is acting as if they were his best Friend, but they didn't even mention him until his left came to an end

As for me I miss Kody dearly
And those who didn't act as if they Do but the truth is
he probably didn't Even know you

To everyone who is acting
As if they really did care
It is a big shame
That they were never there

They never got to know Kody
The way i knew him as a friend
And its a shame that everyone
Now has to pretend

Kody was greatest & he was the best
and its sad he had to go
But he was nice to everyone
