Sleepwalking

by MorbidCupcake   May 31, 2008

When you're gone
I'm in pieces again
Lying on the ground
Inside an empty head, so alone
You promised you were mine
And you haven't left
But right now I can't find you
Is there something left?

Bruised sploshes upon a face so fine
Quiet ignorance of another kind
Cuts and crevices on a face so pale
Walking in a sleep too strong to tear
Alone, together, alone, but in love
She should have thought better of
His words that were all true
Blood and impact, a greenish blue
A brighter blue than she's used to
