My Twin

I have a best friend
She's almost like my twin
I'm not a twig
But man is she thin

We have a lot of differences
But hey what families don't?
We always chill together
Name one time we won't

Yes she's a redhead
And I'm as blonde as can be
And when we are together
We hardly disagree

We come from different places
A whole other family tree
When I'm with her
My mind feels so free

She's the reason for this poem
She inspired it I guess
Sure she has some issues
Every night it's her I bless

Call her whatever you want
My bud, my pal, my alibi
Whatever my twin is
It'll hurt when I say goodbye
