Even Angels Fall

by Kyndra   Jun 1, 2008

Crimson tears run down her cheeks, the devil's bed is where she sleeps

day and night she serves him, the sparkle in her eyes has grown dim

what was once beauty is now disgrace, a fallen angel dressed in torn lace

darkness haunts her every thought, to hate and betray is what she has been taught

he touches her pale ice cold skin, his mind on nothing but sin

she listens and obeys, her pain nothing but an ugly haze

he used to be her one and only love, her heart soaring like a snow white dove

but he corrupted her soul and mind, and was no longer at all kind

she wants to be saved from this dreaded fate, an eternity of lust and hate

she has been left in hell to rot, a lost soul that the world forgot
