My Angel

by Kyndra   Jun 1, 2008

I see her there every night, guiding me into the darkest light

an image of beautiful disgrace and deepest hate, reminding me of my eternal fate

she is my angel fallen far from the skies, in the depths of hell is where she lies

she unlocks my shackles and my chains, then gives me a razorblade to ease the pain

my angel loves to watch me paint, a work of art only we can appreciate

as the blood drips to the floor, she can't wait to see more

she whispers softly to go deeper, the skin tears easily just like paper

someone who cares is what i lack, as everything slowly fades to black

my angel of hell, my angel who withered and fell
my angel of night, my angel who no longer shines so bright
my angel take me home tonight
