Little Dandilion ((stand tall))

by StandStill   Jun 2, 2008

Dandilion, waving in the wind,
growing tall amongst the green green grass.
Hold up your lovely feathered head,
and wait for the winds to pass.

Lovely little Dandilion,
I know they call you a weed.
But little Dandilion, they don't understand,
your magic wishes are what they need.

Little children blow your puffs,
wishing for small favors from you.
And little Dandilion, don't you forget,
you're the reason wishes come true.

So little Dandilion,
try to stand so tall
while the wind blows you hard.
To others you're larger than life- granting wishes big and small.
