Imperfection (584) [[CONTEST]]

Imperfection

Flawless skin,
Hazel eyes,
A flawless imperfection
Drowning in stone
Cold lies.

Soul that bears no mark,
Heart that bears one name
And bandaged up so much,
Scars and break
To remain.

Hazel eyes
Spill tears,
First sign of true emotion,
She has waded all these years
Through seas of true devotion.

But the anguish
Of it all,
Makes her break,
Makes her hurt
And fall.

Calming seas,
Soft silk breeze,
Drying eyes
And pain filled cries.

A flawless imperfection
Drowning in her love and hate,
To die alone, and lonely,
It is but lovers' fate.

Strong emotions put into words, this poem is a good example of that...
After writing so many poems about him, he should ask you out.
    5/5
