Sail away ((with me on the sea))

by StandStill   Jun 3, 2008

Take these words and sail with me.
We'll bless this lovely water.
Far from home, and far from life,
floating away like worthless matter.

Big white sails paint the sky blue,
oaken ship to creak like a breaking heart.
We can sail so far way from them,
those monsters who wish to tear us apart.

Skim the starlight with our fingers,
glittering pearly in the pale moonlight.
My friend, come sail away from this,
we'll leave behind this tired fight.

Sail into the ocean of oblivion,
fall into the abyss that we love.
Sail away with me, my dear.
We'll sail the oceans and the heavens above.

** I guess I won't be a fishy for a while..I'll just sail away...**
