Laying in your arms

by Lorryn   Jun 5, 2008

Laying in your arms,

As the minutes collapse around us,

Hearts talking rhythmically,

Knowing no distrust.

As our minds start to drift,

And our eyes see no light,

Our beautiful world ends,

And so does a beautiful night.

It's a well written poem. A poem of good structure and god flow. Nice to read. Well done.

I liked your warm poem and the moment that it discribes. I think we poets may have all been there at one point or another. Nice flow of simple yet well placed thoughts. Peace to you this day.
