Temporary

Feeling lower then low...nothing has been able to stop this hopeless feeling... an idea... late at night

A little shaky at first
Confidence flows back
Timing is better than ever
Fingers flowing across the keys
Sound grows steadier and stronger
Breathing under control
The wind transmitted into the beautiful sound
the one i gave up for months

Temporarily i lost my sadness
Became one with the music
Neither happy or sad
Just in-between

It was the first time for so long
I didn't want to cry
I was me... the old me... full of strength and spirit...
Swept up in each new song
Longing for everything to be better at the end

But it was only temporary
When the music ended
The clarinet back on its stand
The sadness and hopelessness rushed back at me
