Love is a mystery... Solve it

Time to put on my detectives clothes
Because I have to solve something, the woes
And sorrows and pains of love. But first I
Wonder why we fall in love? Is it a sea
Of emotions that flow over us and give us
Happiness. But in the end gives us a feeling like a bus
Just ran your heart over. Well if that's the end
Result, why fall in love? Why cause your heart to bend
And break? So I'll continue my investigation but
All I get is, 'Yes love hurts and yes it may cut
Your heart, but there's something magical its
Indescribable.' Hmm.. What's magical about bits
Of your heart breaking.. So many questions yet
No answers have I came across.. Hmm.. I bet
Its unexplainable. I think its unsolvable so
I will call this case closed for now, until I row
Across the sea of emotions and figure it out.
