What you don't know

You think that you really know someone
til there life comes to an end
that's when you realize
their story just begins

people sat there thinkinging
what could i have done
while the only thing that she could think is
god, i wish i had somewhere to run

to run away from the pain
that she was bearing deep inside
nights and days seemed so long
she had no where to hide

when i first met her
something about her said
i just want to be loved
no telling what went on in her head

when most people saw her
they did'nt see the pain
all they could do is point and laugh
but did'nt even know her name

when she called me that night
something just did'nt see right
she had a tremble in her voice
a little sound of fright

she said tell my mom that i love her
friends and family too
for this is the only way out
something i got to do
