Only you and me

What if i were to tell you
that it was only you and me
Would you want to be here
and lay underneath the trees
How would that make you feel
and know you can set love free
Could you take down your walls
and let your true feelings be
Can you let me in your heart
and taste loves cool breeze
And would we show our love
for all the world to see
Wonder if this will work
or if this is only a fling
Is there such a thing as true love
all I know is there is you and me

    your poems are amazing...thank you so much for leaving comments on my poems i really appriate the bost of confidence... i used to only share my poetry with my fiancee but it was him that told me to share them to the world, and with your very kind comments it has allowed me to lose my self consiousness and relize how right he was..thank you agian
