I loved it and I didn't think it was too long or repetitive. I think I've been criticized for that as well but what's important is that it comes from your heart. At least that's how it seemed when I read it.
Nice job. Kind of like how I feel today except my last line would be "but somehow it slipped away"

This poem started off slow but quickly picked up, to where I wanted to keep reading. You might want to work on the flow of this poem, it wasn't as strong as the others were, (maybe that's why it felt a bit bumpy). Otherwise I truely liked this poem an so far it is one of my favorites of yours.
