Someone help me!
I don't know what to say.
He told me it was over,
And all I could do was stare.

I felt my knees go weak,
ANd my throat go dry.
My heart skipped a beat,
And I stopped breathing.
Someone help me!

I had so many things to say,
But I couldn't get them out.
He told me he just wanted to be friends.
But I knew better.
Someone help me!

I stood in silence moments before he left,
And he told me he was sorry.
I wanted to tell him to go away,
But my voice was still.
Someone help me!

After he left,
I ran to my room,
Expecting to cry,
But didn't.
I thought I was heartless,
But I am not!
