The Mysterious Girl

by Whitney   Jun 7, 2008

As I took a stroll,
I seen a little girl.
She looked so cold,
She was like a young pearl.
I couldn't help her,
She made so many mistakes.
There was no shelter,
Someone help her for goodness sake.
As I was following,
She led me down a busy street.
Then it started snowing,
She was cold, she had no sleeves.
This girl was so strong,
She was holding onto that fear.
I don't know where she belonged,
I just had to let go of a tear.
I couldn't take this anymore,
I had to help her soul.
I walked over to her,
And wrapped her in my coat away from the cold.
I took her to the nearest cafe,
And got her hot chocolate.
She told me that I made her day,
Then I took her to the food market.
That twinkle in her eyes,
Was just so sweet.
And I started to cry,
How could they leave her out their to sleep?
She gave me a hug,
And looked me in my eyes.
She said "God will take you to the above,"
Then she started to cry.
She explained that no one has helped her,
Only me.
She called me her flower,
She said that I was someone that she could believe.
