i'm a dancer too, i love it!!!

Dancing
Known to be hypnotizing, expressive and creative
The rhythm flows through your body feeding you passion, comfort and joy
Experiencing your pulse rushing uncontrollably as you begin to escape into a gorgeous creation
Adventuring off into a different world that silences any thought of negativity, fearfulness or disappointments
And alleviating it with positivity, happiness and hope

I know i love dancing my issues away...
music is also part of my stress-relieving factor...

Feeling so free as the irresistible tempo caresses your entire body
Creating such a flawless painting with your deep innermost emotions
My existence would be entirely tarnished without the need of dance
Living life without dance is almost similar to suffocating

i love ur word choice, it helps the flow really well and its really smooth. it's also cool how u describe dancing its like the readers are dancing along with the speaker!!!

This is your second poem I have read and there you go destroying negativity again.
I would imagine you to have alot of emotional freedom, as your outlook seems to flow as freely as your dance.

Again, your lines are a bit long. Sometimes if you use really long lines the reader tends to get bored with your poem, and then why read on? Just remember that if you're going to use long lines like these, make sure you're still capturing the attention of your audience. Overall, I enjoyed this. And as for the title, perhaps you should just name it 'Dancing'? :)
