GLAMITZ THE WITCH

by Michael Verterel   Jun 8, 2008

Glamitz the witch

There was a story so long ago

There was a witch that made life go away

Death became her dream

Death became her shining stars

Love had abandoned her

Love had taken her heart

Only to treat her unwell

Only to take her to a dark world

Glamitz was once mortal

Till sadness made her fall into a land

The land of broken hearts

The place of fallen dreams

The place of fallen stars

Memories can’t be left behind

Forgotten for a life time

Photos can’t be left in garbage

Thrown into a black hole

Glamitz the witch

She was once like you

Glamitz the witch

She once lived inside you

(I WROTE THIS POEM FOR PEOPLE WHO ONCE FELT LIKE THEY DIDN'T BELONG ANYWHERE AFTER A BREAK UP, BUT SOMEHOW ESCAPED THE SHADOWS OF BROKEN HEARTS....)
