In a dark room
he sits at peace,
feeling his heart
shatter at his loss.
the love which he knew,
was ripped at the seem,
he lost all he wanted,
she was his only need.
He tells her he needs her,
his love has only grown,
but how would she know
the feeling he'd never shown.
His fateful love which he let go,
forgetting the one thing he loved.
He let her walk away with just a
memory in her mind of the love
shed wanted to forever fall for.
