Im sorry

by she   Jun 11, 2008

Daddy why wasn't I enough to make you stay
You know I'd starve myself forever
Purge until my eyes bleed
If I thought that would bring you back to me

Daddy your new kids what do they have that I don't
I promise daddy out of all of us
I love you most

Daddy daddy why did you leave?
Daddy daddy im sorry because it must have been me

The feelings of a young child whose parents are going through divorce are harder to bare than most people may think. This poem of yours is like a looking glass that shows people the true pain that those children go through. It's a touchy subject but one that needs to be known.

Thank you. for the read and keep it up

You know, it wasn't your fault?
You were fine. he wasn't good enough for you...HE left. don't you be guilty for that.
