My Master

by victoria   Jun 11, 2008

He was a king of the castle,
The master behind the scenes,
The sword against the armor,
The terror inside me,

Never could he get enough,
Never could he be pleased,
Never could I be the one,
The one he fought to see,

Even through the blackened bruises,
Even Through the bloodstain tears,
I could never go against my master,
Never could I escape my fears,

He was the king in my castle,
He was the master behind our scenes,
He was the sword against my armor,
He was the terror inside me.

This sounds like a formidable head of your household? It is fathers day here this Sunday, how appropriate!

Well done on an emotional descriptive write.
