A changing gap

by deaddarkwolf   Jun 12, 2008

There is this ever changing gap,
That not even magma can fill and hold,
Steadily it heals,
Then rips,
Before it is gone,
And dose not exist,
For even an instants.

This space is supposedly in the chest,
But yet daggers hit the temples,
Spiders attack the legs,
The deserts heat,
Lack of water,
Makes a shivering spine,
Coses a shriveled throat,
Mouth unable to scream,
Eye's unable to cry,
Fusion blurring unable to see.

As only one second feels like decades,
The bones turning to dust with every beat,
Eye's and body trying to find something lost,
Moving like a zombie,
With out will power to be seen,
No love left for anything,
Just for instants you see,
The way out and down,
Just fall of this building.

My favorite stanza was the second one. Your transition was a little bumpy in this poem but your description and word choice were superior. nice write maybe u can read one of mine.
