Tired Of This Game

by Jenni Marie   Jun 12, 2008

We used to be the very best of friends
Made that childhood pact of friends forever
Only if I'm to be quite honest with you
Don't think we're meant to be together

Now where to start with all the drama
It's like you get of on causing hurt
So tell me, now I'm a little curious
Do you treat all your friends like dirt?

Or is that just reserved for me only
Spreading all those rumors and lies
What is it that you actually want from me
You'll be disappointed if it's to see me cry

'cause I've finally taken to much grief
And guess what, now I'm giving in
People keep asking what happened to us
And I never even know where to begin

I'm tired of all your spiteful words
Sick of all those lies you spread
Fed up with your petty jealousy
Time to go find another friend instead

'Cause when I needed you the most
You were suddenly nowhere around
So salt my wounds a little more honey
You're the best friend who can't be found
