At the end of the day,
Just before I go to bed,
Before I close my eyes,
I whisper a little prayer to God;
I pray for him to help me show
How I love you with all of my heart.
I whisper to him how much I need you here,
For him to give me the strength for me to be secure,
To feel that I'm the only one,
the one you ever need.
I whisper to Him a prayer of thank's,
Of having the chance to meet you.....
For offering you into my life
And for the chance of calling you my own.
I whisper to God I'll never give up on you,
No matter how hard it may ever seem.....
simply because we are states apart.....
I whisper a little prayer to God
To keep you safe and out of harms way
To give you strength in whatever comes your way
To show you my love is real
And to take away all your fears.
