Without her

by The Herald   Jun 13, 2008

She walks alone

stumbling through the crowd

followed by rutheless predators

a lone man comes

takes her from the den of evil

trys to understand her

himself enlightened

understanding

they return

differant tapestries donned, another mask made

eyes that show sorrow

so deep and full

of what we've lost

innocence crumbles

in the darkness of the world

corrupted by life, one must stand

without pleasures

without gratification

without selfishness

with Christ
