Over thinking is bad
my mind making me sad
spreads the pressure to your bones, from your heart
It needs to be stopped from the start.
The negativity, the hostility!
What the ^%*# happened to the tranquility,
the peace of mind,
the happy time,
the endless rhyme?
The future of it all, catastrophe'sd
The Grey times being polarized
that pain inside,
alights on my head, astride,
feel useless pain.
brain driving, heading for the insane
I hate you, i love you. I everything you.
theres no telling the false from the true
cant eat or sleep
the tireder i get the less they have to creep
claws tearing through emotions
creating havoc with disturbing promotions
i have the thought
of hating myself, baiting myself, rating myself, stating to myself
its to late, i'v been caught.
all i can do now is deal with it
and try not to feel with it
