When someone says, "I miss you," I wonder what they mean?
I put my own mind into overdrive and thought about that statement
Orchid Lady, you know full well why I miss you.......
....whenever you are away from me I feel empty and live in a vacuum.
A day could start out sunny and spread a blanket of warmth over my body
Yet inside my heart that new dawn would bring me no comfort whatsoever
Without you my whole body seems to crumble like sand as sea waves caress it
I search for you but my search is in vain and I feel so lifeless and left wanting.
As I wake each morning and find you beside me I know I am alive.......
....looking at you brings my dream to an excitement causing new life within my heart
When you are here with me the world could suddenly end yet it wouldn't matter.......
....for we would be together and we would walk hand in hand into Eternity.
I can imagine all the animals you have shown love to travelling beside you
All the flowers you have called beautiful would bring their beauty to your side
Angels would attend you on that staircase and escort us to our new paradise.......
....all knowing a special Orchid Lady with her Orchid Man will be joining them.
Yes my love, whenever I say, "I miss you," it comes from the love within me
It means I need you back beside me; for nothing seems to be the same without you
As I cast my eyes around the room everything looks drab and lifeless.......
....you see my love, without you nothing has any meaning.
