Courage

He stands up for that child who site
And takes all those foul words in
He stands up for what is right
And neglects the wrong that begins
He stops the laughter due to harm
To the child who isn't like the rest
He makes them feel ashamed
Knowing they aren't showing their best

I admire him and the things he does
To show courage when all are wrong
I respect the risks that he successeeds
And the benefits he makes for others among
He puts a smile on everyone's face
If he was gone, it was this I would miss
The way he can make someone feel good
When others put others down for simple bliss

He is a light needed in this dark world
And I can only and honestly hope
That my heart will be as golden
And that I can ignore and cope
With the words that cause tears
But when such insults come his way
Nothing is said due to fears

This poem was really confusing to me. The flow through me off and a lot of time the stanzas didn't sound right. But I read one of your latest and there is definitly some improvement so congrats
