This day,
Seems never ending to me.
This feeling,
Seems too true to be a dream.

This hope,
Tries to sooth my bleeding.
This love,
Tries to control meaning.

This heart,
Feels like a raging river.
This soul,
Feels the loss of a giver.

This mind,
Fights to think of what's next.
This body,
Fights beyond the perplexed.

This title,
Stays true to it's anonymity.
This age,
Stays hidden from all pity.

This girl,
Strikes skin to keep herself calm.
This pain,
Strikes like an atom bomb.

This war,
Pushes to keep money flowing.
This peace,
Pushes to keep the wind blowing.

This country,
Lies to itself to look beautiful.
This world,
Lies to itself to look pitiful.

This man,
Has the power to make a stand.
This woman,
Has the power to hold his hand.

These people,
Know when they are wrong.
This girl,
Knows she is strong...

This was a piece to assist in m confidence. I know I'm smart, but I refuse to admit it, and I think we all have issues we need to work out. I also believe, we have the power to go through with change for the better. Whether or not it's the whole world, a country, a state, or just a man or woman or boy or girl. WE ARE ALL STRONG!
