The Grief I Feel

by Connor   Jun 16, 2008

As he walks
The expression
His face holds
The grief
I feel

As he walks
Getting closer
To his unfortunate fate
The grief
I feel

As he searches
Rummaging
Looking for anything
The grief
I feel

As he finds
The rope
To end it all
The grief
I feel

As he walks
Rope in hand
Searching again
The grief
I feel

As he searches
For the place
The venue of perfection
The grief
I feel

As he ties
The final knot
And moves to position
The grief
I feel

As he braces
Himself
For the end of his life
The grief
I feel

As he stands
Ontop a platform
About to take his final step
The grief
I feel

As he hangs
Lifeless
I soon realize
The grief
I feel

As he dies
The face I see
Is that of my own
The grief,
I feel

I like it.. I mean it's a great poem I just don't like it comming from you of all people.. kinda scares me. I think the message was good and I think I've seen something like that somewhere the ending atleast.. Anywho well written.

    I really felt the pain.
