Oh wow...This is awesome...when people are in love,they just think a lot if the other one thinks of them or not..etc
And I liked that u cared about details like in that stanza

But then at lunch he'll touch my knee
My heart will skip a beat
I can't imagine living without him
He makes my life complete

Even in simple actions, u feel like ur heart beats so fast like when he touches ur knee within lunch..
Love drives us insane but it makes us fly from happiness like nothing else...
Ur poem is beautifully and simply written...I did enjoy reading it a lot..
