Forever is a Lie

Just when you thought,
That friendship was stable,
That's when it hurts the most,
It's the pain of Betrayal.

Not a physical wound,
But one that's in the heart,
Leaving more than just a scar,
Like being ripped apart.

The pain deteriorates,
As the time passes by,
Im glad that I can finally,
Get on with my life.
