The clouds are crying.

by Spoken Silence   Jun 18, 2008

The clouds are crying,
As the world turns.
Watching all who live in it burn.
Sinful humans,
Uncaring creatures.
Makes the clouds cry,
They weep, they weep.

They plead for change,
Doing the only thing they can,
They cry, they flood the earth,
Hoping to wash the pain away.
But they fail, they fail.

The clouds have seen everything,
For many centuries they have been around.
Traveling across each and every land.
Seeing change take place,
With no hope, just wanting to change.

I look up into the sky
And I see the clouds are crying.
I cry with them, millions of others do as well.
Even children see,
Saying "Mommy why are the clouds crying?"
We all cry for change.
We weep, we weep.

    Absolutely fantastic!!

This is so unique, to write from this perspective. Clouds, old and wise, their rain, tears od dispair, but also crying in an attempt to clense this poisoned world.

    Well done

p.s I will nominate this treasure.
