Your Eyes

Your Eyes

My darling I can lose myself within your emerald eyes
Yet deeper do I look within you till I start to cry
For I see internally your hearts torment for me
Those windows to your soul have shown me what you truly see
Just for you to glance at me cuts deeply into you
For your heart aches with your need for me
Just as mine does for you
We hunger for each other just as we hunger for breath
For both of us without each other
We walk a life of death
