Ask 4 help if its needed

So many things had have to be done,
Work, school and all the rest,
Remember your only one person,
You cant do it all, if you need some help,
Then you got to ask,
You run yourself down and then it all has to go on without you,
Everything wont stop if you ask for help,
It just shows you as a person, you anit afraid to ask for the help thats needed,
So not only be strong, for what you have to do,
Be strong for the person inside you..
